The new Waldor 950 wall access doors have been installed in the Travelex building at Peterbough and in a number of recently refurbished hotels. In all cases, the door was specified as the ideal solution to access wall services and because it is virtually invisible when closed. Developed by Howe Green, the Waldor 950 is the result of several years work to design a mechanically and aesthetically perfect solution for tiled walls. When closed, the door is virtually indistinguishable in the finished tile surface. Each door is made to measure, between minimum dimensions of 300 x 300mm and maximum of 600 x 900mm, to suit any size of tile. Doors are easy to install, left or right hung and removable. They have either a conventional key lock or concealed push/pull catch. The aluminium door is precision fabricated using the same high performance technology as the floor access covers for which Howe Green is well known.
